WCFab’s Frame Rail Bed Extension Kit is CAD Designed, Laser Cut, and CNC Bent from 11G steel sheet and features a driver and passenger side full length c-channel allowing the cross members support throughout the length of the bed ensuring that your pickup bed is fully functional rather than just bolted up for looks. All eight structural mounting points to the 3500HD Pickup bed are incorporated for maximum strength.

The front and rear of the frame rail c-channel include side mounting ears for a complete bolt on installation to your chassis. No welding to the chassis (Welding is NOT recommended per the chassis manufacturer)! Three crossmembers of the bed rail extension kit feature openings for ease of routing any fuel lines, wiring, or other accessory items like air suspension components and add additional rigidity to the extension assembly. The rails also offer additional area to your build to include your own custom cross members or bracketry to support other aftermarket upgrades and options, IE the dual air tanks shown in above picture hung from additional angle iron cross members (Air Tanks and their accompanying angle bracket are not included with this kit).
