32 in. x 90 in. Modular Steel Work Bench

These heavy duty steel modular work benches from WCFab are CAD Designed, Precision Laser Cut, and CNC Bent from 11 gauge steel. Interchangeable top and shelf are fully gusseted with interlocking ribbed construction and MIG Welded (TIG Welding on Stainless Steel Tops) to provide an excellent balance of strength and durability with overall weight when used as a rolling work station utilizing the optional casters.

How tough are they? Rated for 3,000 lb max capacity (evenly distributed) using optional leveling feet or 1,500 lbs (evenly distributed) when fitted with the full swivel or combination swivel and solid caster options, these tables are built to work and look good doing it. So much so in fact, that we use them in every department in our shop - from machining to fabrication, powder coating prep to automotive performance and repair, and right down to final assembly and shipping.

Available work surface and shelf options include:

• Raw Carbon Steel - Ideal if you are adding additional customization or tool mounts before final finishing
• Durable standard Grey powder coat
• Custom powder coat color of your choice
• Raw Stainless Steel

Each bench includes a high strength, full size storage shelf with adjustable height mounting with 3 levels of coarse adjustment in 5 inch increments on the legs that can be fine-tuned by an additional 1.25 inches using the adjustment points on the shelf.

What height works best for your needs?

11 Gauge Steel Legs available in 34 or 40 inch heights in the following finish options:

• Durable standard Flat Black powder coat
• Custom powder coat color of your choice

Each leg foot is MIG welded and comes pre-drilled to accept your choice of:

• Leveling pads (providing an additional 1.5 inch of height adjustment and corner to corner adjustment for uneven flooring)
• Precision ball bearing casters for mobility (adds 5.5 inches of overall work surface height)
• Ready to be bolted down directly to your shop floor to ensure a solid foundation for your project

This model measures 90 inches (7.5 ft.) wide by 32 inches (2 ft. 8 in.) deep and is available in heights ranging from 34 inches (2 ft. 10 in.) to 46 inches (3 ft. 10 in.) depending on leg and foot / caster options selected.
