2003-2007 5.9L Cummins High Flow 3.5” Intake Horn and Driver Side Intercooler Pipe Kit. Kit replaces the failure prone 3” plastic OEM intercooler pipe with a 3.5” heavy duty 14g Aluminum intercooler pipe and the OEM cast intake horn (which is necked down to less than 1.5” wide) with a full mandrel bent 3.5” elbow. The 3.5” elbow is welded to a CNC machined aluminum mounting flange (new hardware included) which perfectly matches the WCFAB Intake Spacer Kit for optimum airflow into the cylinder head. Our horn can be used with the OEM grid heater or other brand high-flow intake plates; however, the internal surfaces may not be as perfect of a match as our Billet Intake Spacer kit offers. The CNC machined flange has two incorporated 1/8” pipe thread ports for boost reference or other injectables, and an 8mm threaded port to accept the wire harness isolation clamp to support the OEM wire harness. The 3.5” High Flow Horn also has an incorporated threaded bung to fasten the oil dipstick tube securely. Connecting the Intercooler pipe to the intercooler, and Pipe to Horn, are supplied high quality 5 ply silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps. No need to reuse any worn-out or torn OEM boots or clamps. The Intake horn and Intercooler Pipe are rounded off with WCFab's high-quality powder coat finish in your color of choice.
Replaces the following MOPAR part numbers: 52028895AE, 52028895AC, 52028895AD, 5086828AA
***2003-2004 models only - This 3.5" intake horn is significantly larger than the stock piece it is replacing. The smooth radius bends on the new part requires the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly on earlier trucks to be trimmed for fitment.***

Comments:
First off, very amazing shipping time. I ordered it on a Monday and it was on the porch by Friday of the same week. Secondly, definitely my favorite upgrade, especially on acceleration. At 60% throttle ( according to my Smarty Touch), the truck would see about 18 psi boost and 750 EGTs. Now it'll push about 28 psi with 680 EGTs. I only wish I had order the air intake with, but I was undecided I'd want to wait until I do a 2nd gen swap.
