The LML Stealth Mach 2 (67) is a stock appearing, direct replacement for the 2011-2016 LML Duramax. The upgraded billet compressor & extra-large turbine wheel are perfectly matched to Calibrated's custom cut compressor cover and exhaust housing.
This turbocharger features High Flow Vane (HFV) technology, a proprietary customization of the variable vane cage and nozzle ring assembly. This advancement allows the use of a larger turbine wheel for maximum high-load efficiency. Stealth turbos featuring the HFV upgrade are capable of producing more power, spooling up quicker, and managing EGTs better than other turbochargers limited with factory nozzle rings.
Your truck is going to experience increased performance across a wide operating range due to the HFV assembly, oversized turbine wheel, and billet compressor wheel. Built from brand new parts, this turbocharger does not require a core charge. Turbo comes ready for installation. You should strongly consider custom tuning to go with this turbocharger upgrade. Deletes are not required. We have made up to 650 RWHP when matching this turbo with Custom Emissions Equipped Tuning.
The Stealth Mach 2 67 VGT is an easy to install upgrade that spools up quickly, controls EGT's under heavy load, allows turbine / exhaust braking during towing scenarios, and kicks ass when leaned on. Building this line of Stealth's meant designing a turbo that would be safe to tow with, fun to drive every day and perform at competitions. This custom 67.7mm compressor is milled out of high strength 7075 Aluminum. It's TCT design is engineered to maximize peak power. To fit that wheel Calibrated developed a unique, OEM appearing, anti-surge equipped compressor cover. Redesigning the compressor to maximize power and driveability meant pouring over every detail of from MWE groove width and placement to diffuser clearance and shape.
The LML Stealth Mach 2 67 center section is fitted with a 360 degree thrust bearing and features liquid cooling to increase reliability and minimize thrust wear during competition use.
The turbine side innovation rivals the compressor side. The Mach 2 turbine dwarfs the factory turbine and the Garrett 4094VA in every way. The turbine inducer is taller, allowing much higher flowing vanes which are actuated with a matched unison ring. The LML Stealth Mach 2 67 features the largest turbine and vanes available in this frame. Increasing turbine size dramatically reduces drive pressure under heavy load, helping you achieve nearly a 1:1 drive to boost ratio under most operating conditions. Controlling drive pressure helps make more power and significantly lowers EGT's.

I bought this turbo in junction with the high flow bundle kit and the 10mm CP3 conversion kit. This turbo has changed my entire trucks’s driving style. It drives great and is a beast of a turbo when used in any situation. I’ve owned this turbo for 6 months and I truly can’t get enough of hearing this thing whistle and spool. I’m only running a 45hp tune and my truck feels like it just wants be unleashed. This turbo is worth every penny and WCFab is truly a quality company.
