Description

2003-2007 5.9L Cummins S400/Stock Compound Turbo Kit. 1000 RWHP capable, depending upon turbo and fuel system modifications. Recommended for daily driver work trucks and tow rigs looking for increased horsepower, better fuel mileage, and superior EGT control with stock-like turbo spool characteristics.




Recommended Combinations:

S475 / Stock Holset Turbo - Up to 750 RWHP with Supporting Modifications - Best Turbo Spool, performs well on stock fuel setups.

S480 / Stock Holset Turbo - 800+ RWHP Capable with Supporting Modifications - A better top-end performance that sacrifices a bit of spool on the lower end when compared to an S475/stock setup.

S480 / 63 or 64 Upgraded Drop-In Turbo - 900+ RWHP Capable with Supporting Modifications - Improved top end power with moderate spool characteristics

S480 / 67 Upgraded Drop-In Turbo - 1000+ RWHP Capable with Supporting Modifications - Best Top End Power, sacrifices low-end power and turbo spool - Manual trans trucks will allow best use of power band for this setup. Not recommended for tow rigs.

This kit Requires Custom Tuning for proper operation and performance.
Kit is designed to be used with the OEM 3rd gen exhaust manifold. If you want to use an aftermarket 3rd gen Style manifold you MUST send it in for kit to be custom built.
We recommend kits to be installed by a qualified diesel performance shop or mechanic.
